This Beautiful collection of Hide rug are ethically sourced from the finest tanneries in Brazil. Beautifully soft and silky, each cowhide rug has its own unique charm that would find a home in both a modern and traditional setting.
All our hide rugs are individually handpicked for their supreme quality, colouring and style. We pride ourselves on our wide selection of stylish hides that are virtually maintenance free.
Wipe away any stains or marks with a damp cloth and your rug is as good as new. We do recommend that you periodically shake your rug outside to reinvigorate the freshness of the pile.

Important Note: As products are hand made from natural hides, please allow for variations in sizing and appearance. Pictured are typical examples of the hide you will be receiving. Due to these being real one of a kind cow hide rugs, please expect some variation in patterning as no two are the same.

This item cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our exchange policy currently only covers faulty items. To obtain your exchange, you need to inform us within 14 days of delivery. Any change of mind post-sale will not be subjected to any refunds or exchanges at all. In the event, Rugs n More agrees to a return, the buyer has to pay the full costs of delivery and return shipping, and the product must be returned in its original packaging via a courier company together with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 weeks, this allows time for shipping and the inspection of the rug.
Any accepted refund (excluding manufacture fault) will incur a 5% charge which covers restocking and merchant fees from the initial sale.
At the moment we don’t have any return policy for items other than rugs.
MANUFACTURE FAULT RETURNS
All rugs received with a manufacturing fault will be exchanged. To inform us of a manufacturing fault return, simply email us a description and a clear photo of the fault. If Rugs n More agrees the fault is valid, we will give you the option of an exchange of the same rug. Please note that manufacturing faults must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your rug.
SHIPPING
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA-WIDE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $250*. For all orders under $250, we charge a flat-rate fee of $45.
We can ship to almost any address in Australia and offer free delivery for rugs with one of our courier partners, for any product in the shop other than the rug, please contact us to calculate the shipping cost. We normally process all orders and dispatch them within two to three working days. Please note that we can sometimes experience delays due to a higher volume of orders. Please note if an order is cancelled whilst, in transit with the courier company, we will need the rug returned to us before we process any refund. If a rug sometimes becomes unavailable due to being out of stock, we can place the rug on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case, we provide the customer with an estimated time of arrival which may also be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens and the customer no longer wants to wait for the rug, we are more than happy to provide a full refund. During our busier periods like public holidays and peak season, we can sometimes experience small delays in dispatching due to a high volume of backorders.
Please note, that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AFTER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Deliveries will vary from 2 to 14 working days depending on the location. After an order is placed, it generally takes 1-3 days to process your order, the estimated time frames below do not take this processing time into account. They are a guide on the timeframe a delivery will take after it has been picked up by our courier.
- Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne metro areas:Â 3-4 working days^
- Adelaide metro areas:Â 5-8 working days^
- Perth metro areas:Â 6-10 working days^
- ACT, Regional NSW, VIC, and QLD:Â 5-6 working days^

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Currently, Rugs n More does not ship to locations outside of Australia.
*Please note that some remote locations will incur an additional delivery charge which we will contact you about after your order has been placed. You will then have the option to pay the additional small handling fee or accept a full refund.
