SHIPPING

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA-WIDE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $99*. For all orders under $99, we charge a flat-rate fee of $25.

We can ship to almost any address in Australia and offer free delivery for rugs with one of our courier partners, for any product in the shop other than the rug, please contact us to calculate the shipping cost. We normally process all orders and dispatch them within two to three working days. Please note that we can sometimes experience delays due to a higher volume of orders. Please note if an order is cancelled whilst, in transit with the courier company, we will need the rug returned to us before we process any refund. If a rug sometimes becomes unavailable due to being out of stock, we can place the rug on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case, we provide the customer with an estimated time of arrival which may also be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens and the customer no longer wants to wait for the rug, we are more than happy to provide a full refund. During our busier periods like public holidays and peak season, we can sometimes experience small delays in dispatching due to a high volume of backorders.

Please note, that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AFTER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Deliveries will vary from 2 to 14 working days depending on the location. After an order is placed, it generally takes 1-3 days to process your order, the estimated time frames below do not take this processing time into account. They are a guide on the timeframe a delivery will take after it has been picked up by our courier.

  • Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne metro areas: 3-4 working days^
  • Adelaide metro areas: 5-8 working days^
  • Perth metro areas: 6-10 working days^
  • ACT, Regional NSW, VIC, and QLD: 5-6 working days^
  • TAS, Regional SA, WA, and NT: 10-14 working days^

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Currently, Rugs n More does not ship to locations outside of Australia.

*Please note that some remote locations will incur an additional delivery charge which we will contact you about after your order has been placed. You will then have the option to pay the additional small handling fee or accept a full refund.
